Senator Stevens, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                       
SENATE BILL NO. 171 "An Act disapproving the recommendations                                                                    
of the State Officers Compensation Commission; and providing for an                                                             
effective date" be waived from the Rules Committee for placement on
